Stop the RO System

Shut down the RO unit and isolate the membrane system.

Prepare Cleaning Solution

Dilute BlueAce Stage 1 or Stage 2 according to the recommended ratio.

Circulate the Solution

Pump the cleaning solution through the membrane at low pressure.

Soak the Membrane

Allow enough contact time for effective cleaning.

Flush with Clean Water

Thoroughly rinse until all cleaning solution is removed.

Restart the System

Resume operation and monitor pressure, flow and water quality.
